JA Company Program® empowers high school students to fill a need or solve a problem in their community and teaches them practical skills required to conceptualize, capitalize, and manage their own business venture. (Grades 9-12)

The next generation of business leaders throughout our community will display their entrepreneurial savvy in a full-scale competition, including the outcome of their lean start-up business plan, sales revenue, and product exhibits from the top student-led businesses in the State...PLUS President of the Year and JA Company of the Year interviews, judging and award announcements will be featured during the event.

Winning teams qualify to compete nationally in Washington D.C.!

Student Teams compete for the coveted Delaware JA Company of the Year Title and also explore career opportunities with a variety of Delaware employers.
