7th & 8th grade Delaware students complete preparatory activities before participating in the Sussex JA Career Exploration Fair where they meet Delaware employers with high-demand job opportunities and engage with the JA Pathway to Your Dreams app to connect their interests and aspirations to Delaware Pathways career programs of study available in their district High School(s). Sponsored by Delaware Department of Education and the Rodel Foundation.
The first 10 Sussex County Middle Schools to register will receive a $5 per student Transportation Subsidy for up to 60 students participating in the Career Exploration Fair, maximum per school subsidy is $300.
